On May 9, 2008 the Sequoia National Forest and Giant Sequoia National Monument announced a series of 4 public workshops to propose new Standard Amenity Fees at 3 High Impact Recreation Areas (HIRA). The workshops will be held from June 4th to June 11th in Bakersfield, Lake Isabella, Porterville & Ridgecrest.
