Eastern Sierra Broadband Update - 2011/09/09 09:45
At the 9-7-2011 KRVR Community Meeting, KRVR Vice President Richard Rowe gave this PowerPoint report on the Eastern Sierra Connect Broadband Forum, which he attended on August 18th in Mammoth.
In the report, he noted that Mediacom VP Tom Larsen said that “our permit application with Caltrans was officially filed on 9/2” for the permit for Mediacom’s 34 mile fiber optic line from Onyx to Inyokern, connecting the Kern Valley to much improved Broadband Internet.
