Marya Miller is part of a new informal garden group for the KRV, the Kern River Valley Garden Group. Monthly meetings are held at 1pm on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at different locations around the KRV. Usually, the meeting begins with a garden tour & includes a brief meeting & hands-on demonstrations.
In her column, Marya mentioned her workshop at the 14th Annual Kern River Valley Nature Festival“Gardening for Birds.” The illustrated hand out Marya and her husband Darrell Barnes produced for her workshop is attached (see below).
